Ordering and Build Process
Our streamlined four-step process guides you from selecting your model to final delivery. We ensure clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and timely construction by qualified tradespeople every step of the way.

Design Consulting & Preferences
- Choose your base model
- Determine your tiny home goals and styles
- Meet with us – customisations and colour choices can be discussed and added to your
design. - We will then provide the total costs and build sign off documents to start the build process.
- Once the build has been signed off, you will have a fixed price quote.
- Holding Deposit is made to start the process and secure a place in our build schedule.

The Build
- The trailer will be manufactured and the build commenced
- House frame is built onto trailer
- External cladding, internal wall linings and electrical, plumbing rough in are complete
- Interior is fitted out.
- Lead time is around 12-16 weeks depending on model selected and current workload
- You will receive regular progress updates and photos.
- Staged payments made

Pre-Delivery Inspection
Prior to final payment, you can walk through your completed home prior to delivery. Following final payment, the tiny home and registration is transferred into your name. If we are delivering and setting up on site we require pictures of the proposed delivery location, and access to the location from the street. A Pre-Delivery site inspection may also be required. It is important to determine if there are any access issues ahead of transportation.

Delivery & On-Site Setup
You are welcome to arrange transportation of your Tiny Home.
Please note delivery and setup is not including in the build price.
If we are delivering to site, we can offer to setup of your tiny home at it’s location, this may include levelling, attaching any external stairs, decking. Our delivery truck is a 4×4 vehicle – ideal if you are setting up your tiny home in a rural or sandy block location. If site access is tight – a crane or other equipment may be required to access (Not included)
Note: the homes are equipped with the same power and water inlet’s as a caravan allowing power to be provided by an extension cord, and water to be connected by hose.
Warranty and After Delivery Support
You are welcome to email or call us with any questions after delivery is completed. We will also call you once you are settled into your tiny home to make sure everything going smoothly.
Our tiny homes come with a 1 year warranty and a 3 year trailer chassis & structure warranty. We are continuously revising and enhancing our designs and welcome any feedback you may have.
Pricing
Our tiny home prices are for the home it’s self, but do not include delivery, site preparation costs (if any) such as connecting up services, ground preparation etc.
