What We Offer
Composting Toilets
Our Tiny homes include a standard flushing toilet – you have the option of changing this to an eco-
friendly composing toilet
Grey water storage
Used to collect water from shower, sinks and washing machine.
Water transfer pump
Rain Water Storage Tanks
1,000L – 6,000L can be delivered with the tiny house. 5000L is suggested depending on your
intended use.
Solar Panels
These can either be:
Roof mounted (limited number of panels will fit on roof and orientation of tiny home)
Or
Located on ground or a solar trailer or frame for better coverage or if tiny home located under trees
Generator Power
Silent auto start generator for cloudy days, higher power use and night time. Can
be combined into solar trailer
Solar Battery
Stores solar energy collected in day – Used for night time and cloudy days where there is only a low
power requirement
Low Voltage Lighting
Option to have low voltage lighting and appliances to allow your tiny home to operate longer and
more efficiently at night and on cloudy days.
Insulation & Noise
All our Tiny homes have energy saving insulation in the walls, roof & floor. We have performed
thermal loss analysis of the insulation products installed in a Tiny House to determine the best
solution for this application.
Low E Glass
Low E Glass is standard, we offer the option of double glazing windows & doors for an even higher
efficiency rating and further reduction of outside noise.
