Standard Model Options
Standard models can have a range of modifications made to them with no design fee.
Please refer to the individual model pages for their associated list of standard inclusions.

This list details the wide range of modifications and material choices you can make to any of our base designs with no additional design fee. Tailor the aesthetics and functionality of your chosen model to your specific needs, making personalization cost-effective and simple.

Custom Design
We can modify one of our existing designs to suit your lifestyle and styling or we can work with you to design a custom home tailored to suit your needs. Customising an existing base model offers the most cost effective and fastest solution.
If you have a vision or concept you would like to have built – tell us your design goals, intended use and styling and we will work with you to create your dream tiny home.
Our fully customised tiny homes can have any parts of their design and layout modified to suit your requirements.
This can include moving walls, changing roof style, adding mezzanine / upper space. This does add significantly to the design process before a built can commence. There will likely be several concepts and revisions produced in consultation with you including 3d model and inclusions list before the final design is completed.
There is no design charge for minor changes to our standard models, fully custom models however have a design fee – this is however taken off your final build price if you go ahead with build.
Please note we don’t build tiny homes wider the 2.5 meters or without wheels as they cannot be registered as a caravan and require building / planning approvals.
