Exclusions
Exclusions – effetely the base price includes the building and fixed items, similar to a house, but excludes appliances not built in, dishwasher, moveable furniture, blinds, mattress, soft furnishings artwork etc.
Note: We aim to manufacture models as close as possible to images and specs listed on our site. There may be some minor variations to materials used at the time of build subject to availability – in this case we will source an equivalent of the same or higher quality. In the unlikely event there was a major styling / colour change we would discuss this with you prior. You should always refer to your quote for an exact list of inclusions
