We currently only build tiny homes on wheels, so they are registerable as a caravan.
After delivery you may choose to remove the wheels and have plants or a deck around
your tiny home.
We do not provide Tiny homes on a skid / frame, >2.5m wide Tiny homes or shipping container homes – these require council approval and planning permission.

All our tiny homes are built within a 2.5m width, 4.3m height and length requirement to be
able to be registered as a road vehicle / caravan.
We don’t make tiny homes wider that 2.5m as they cannot be registered as a Tiny home
and would require council approval  Planning permission.
Low Profile trailer – Lower entry height for easier entry and maximise internal space
We do offer models that consist of two trailer fames that can be connected on site – with
each trailer frame able to be registered as a caravan.

This varies between local councils and states. Please check with your local council / government
Our tiny homes are registerable as a Caravan.
Most allow a caravan to be located on private property buy may have a restriction on amount of
time can be occupied.

Most tiny homes are built to either 3.5T or 4.5T Towing capacity.
We offer delivery to site, or you can collect and tow, provided you have a suitably rated
vehicle.
We have a 4wd truck able to access rural / sandy locations (Subject to location assessment)
Delivery to outside WA can be arranged – depending on the model it may need to be towed due to
height restrictions, smaller height models can be transported on a flat deck truck / trailer.

All Tiny homes come registered as a caravan with VIN, with roadworthy and comply with
VSB1 Rev 6.

You can either continue registration or purchase temporary movement permit when needs
to be moved
Note: Most tiny homes are delivered to site and only moved a small number of times over
the years.

While our Tiny Houses are on wheels, registerable as a caravan and meet the ADR, they are not
designed for regular on road use – if you intend to travel with your tiny home, please advise us at
quoting stage as changes will need to be made to secure loose items, self closing cabinets and
appliances etc.
A caravan would be more practical and easier to tow.

All our Tiny Homes come with fully insulated walls, floor and roof.
Double glazing is available as an option.

All our tiny homes are built to meet trailer / Caravan registration standards and comply with VSB1
Rev 6 and come registered.
Smoke alarm and Carbon Monoxide detector included
Fire Extingusher included
Master bedroom includes stairs complying with building reg (No ladder / steep steps).
You can also tow the vehicle to another location in the event of a bushfire or flood (subject to having
a suitable tow vehicle and not having too many items attached to outside such as decking to be
removed)

You can connect our tiny homes to 240V power though the power inlet at the front via an extension
cord (Or have cable buried and hard wired by an electrician). They can also be connected to a
generator for an off grid solution.
An Antenna cable to the TV point is included to the roof space, if an antenna is required, this
can be installed on the roof, after delivery (antenna not included)

Water is supplied through a hose / plumbing fitting – the same as a caravan.

Standard models have a flushing toilet that requires connection to a sewage or septic tank
by a plumber.
Composting toiled models available, with grey water collection.

Most models need to have a gutter and downpipe added after delivery, the gutter is
generally not installed at build due to width restrictions for transportation.
This can be connected to stormwater or collected in a rainwater tank.

You can build your own deck / stairs after delivery, or we can build a custom deck and install
at time of delivery.
